The Snow Kachina, Nuvak-China, lives on top of the San Francisco Peaks near Flagstaff, Arizona, and is the bearer of cold and snow.  Associated with water, so essential to crops, he figures prominently in the the Water Serpent Ceremony.

The Snow Kachina is also used to give out presents on the morning of the Bean dance.  He wears fox skin, a sash, and a kilt and carries a rattle and a flute.
